A Building That Reduces Your Footprint For You

SugarCube is certified LEED Silver for its maintenance and operations, which demonstrates a sustained commitment to lessening our impact on the environment. A building-wide composting and recycling program helps to divert around 60% of the building’s waste away from landfills, and a rooftop solar array produces energy to be used by building tenants. Using water-conserving fixtures and energy efficient designs and practices, SugarCube has reduced its water usage to 30% below accepted usage targets and is among the top 23% of similar buildings in the country in terms of energy efficiency. And constant attention to the products utilized in maintenance, cleaning and pest control ensures the safety of our tenants and improves the indoor air quality of our entire building.
